Klystron RF power amplifier

For Yetech Applications we developed a 2856 MHz 250 Watt RF power amplifier. This complete amplifier unit in 2U 19" rack is used as driver amplifier for a 10 KWatt Klystron. Another RF development project for Yetech Applications is the 2856 MHZ programmable gated synthesizer module. Output power of this module is 1 Watt (+30 dBm). Frequency is software (remote) programmable from 2700 MHz to 2900 MHz.
